We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Product Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible and accountable for product vision and implementation.
  2. Work with product management and system architects to appropriately capture feature requests.
  3. Work with stakeholders to create and constantly re-prioritize the Product & Epic Backlog.
  4. Clarify questions on requirements.
  5. Accept or reject each product increment.
  6. Decide whether to continue development.
  7. Understand industry best practices and engage with strategic partners to align capabilities and influence product roadmap.
  8. Design & build high quality APIs that are scalable and global at the core.
  9. Build custom policies, frameworks/components, error handling, transaction tracing.
  10. Design security models and policies for consumers and producers of API and catalog assets.
  11. Mentor the Scrum team for technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.
  12. Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
  13. Responsible to support production releases/support on a need basis.
  14. Peer review, CI/CD pipeline implementation and service monitoring.
  15. ITSO for the application/s.
  16. Should be flexible in working hours, ready to work in shifts and on-call.
  17. Knowledge and understanding of Charges rates vs Direct rates and system interactions between Core Source system in Technology e.g. GPDM, Pioneer, Clarity.
