Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer to join our innovative team

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Development:

  1. Design, build, and maintain responsive and scalable Shopify websites that provide seamless user experiences.
  2. Develop custom themes and apps, integrating them with third-party applications and services.
  3. Ensure the store is optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.

Customization & Optimization:

  1. Customize existing Shopify themes and apps according to business needs.
  2. Implement custom features such as product pages, checkouts, and user interfaces using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug website issues, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Shopify Integrations:

  1. Integrate Shopify with third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.
  2. Work with external platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing tools) for seamless data syncing and automation.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to implement aesthetic and functional improvements.
  2. Participate in sprint planning, project estimation, and other agile processes.

Maintenance & Support:

  1. Provide ongoing technical support for Shopify store issues, including debugging, fixing bugs, and ensuring the platform stays updated with the latest releases and patches.
  2. Manage store backups and security updates.

Client Communication (if applicable):

  1. Assist clients with troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and guiding them on Shopify best practices.
  2. Understand business requirements and suggest technical solutions to meet goals.

Job Specification:

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  1. Expertise in Shopify's Liquid templating language.
  2. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  3. Experience with Shopify APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
  4. Familiarity with Shopify Plus (optional but preferred).
  5. Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations, such as product and shipping apps, analytics, and marketing integrations.
  6. Experience with version control systems like Git.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience developing, launching, and maintaining Shopify stores.
  2. Experience working with Shopify theme customizations and app integrations.
  3. Understanding of e-commerce best practices, conversion optimization, and mobile-first design.
