Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to join our team and lead the creative direction for our portfolio of brands. As the Creative Director at X UP Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual content and creative strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all digital platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, social media, and more.

You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of our brands, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Brand Management, and Product Development teams to create a cohesive and impactful brand presence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital media, and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Vision and Strategy:
    • Develop and lead the overall creative vision and strategy for all brands under the X UP Digital portfolio, ensuring each brand maintains a unique identity while aligning with the company's overarching strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Head of Brand Management to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling creative campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
  • Content Production and Oversight:
    • Oversee the creation and production of all visual and multimedia content, including product photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting, for use on Amazon, Shopify, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
    • Ensure all creative content meets high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Brand Identity and Consistency:
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for each brand within the portfolio, ensuring consistent application of brand elements (such as logos, colors, fonts, and messaging) across all creative assets.
    • Train and guide internal teams and external partners to adhere to brand standards, ensuring a cohesive brand presence in the marketplace.
  • Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, social media initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
    • Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure creative assets effectively communicate brand messaging, product benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Innovation and Creative Trends:
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative technologies to ensure all creative output remains innovative, relevant, and competitive.
    • Continuously explore new creative concepts, formats, and channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team, including designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging creativity, professional growth, and high performance within the team.
  • Performance and Analytics:
    • Work with the Head of Marketing to analyze the performance of creative assets, including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine creative strategies, optimize content, and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with the Product Development team to create packaging, product images, and other creative materials that align with brand aesthetics and product specifications.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to develop content that enhances the customer experience, such as how-to guides, FAQs, and product documentation.
