Job Description for Legal Associate:

Job Type and Location: Full-Time – D.H.A, Lahore, Pakistan.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Partner(s), the role will include broad range of legal and regulatory compliance responsibilities including:

·Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements;

·legal research and due diligence for identifying risks and solutions;

·Supporting compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings;

·Managing legal disputes and collaborating with internal and external legal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

●At least 1-2 year experience in corporate or commercial role

●Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

●Critical thinking skills

●Ability to perform under strict deadlines
