Appointment Setter Job

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced appointment setters/cold callers to join our on-site team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. market, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects using a dialer or CRM system
  • Engage professionally and confidently with decision-makers to set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Follow call scripts and handle objections effectively to meet performance targets
  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs in the CRM to track progress
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets while working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO and cold calling, preferably in U.S. campaigns
  • C2 level English proficiency—both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments
  • Experience using CRMs and dialers, such as Vicidial or HubSpot
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with high expectations
