FIT Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Negotiation Officer with hands-on experience in Workers' Compensation Billing and a strong understanding of collections and payments processes within the US healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads in the US healthcare market.
  • Develop strong client relationships and close sales efficiently.
  • Understand and pitch healthcare solutions (HMO/PPO/DME) to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in HMO/PPO or DME.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must be a confident, motivated self-starter.
