DevOps Senior Consultant
Location: Hyderabad
Skills
- 6 to 8 years of DevOps Experience
- Mule Runtime
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- RTF
- OpenShift
- PostgreSQL Database
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Nginx
- GitHub Enterprise Server Installation
- Tomcat
- WSO2
- SFTP Configuration
- Server Health Check Scripts (Bash Script)
- BMC Remedy (Ticket/Incident Tracker)
- Linux platform
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with networking, security, and automation best practices
- Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Passionate about technology and working as a part of a team
- Ability and Open-Mindedness to quickly learn and achieve proficiency of new tools, languages, new development methodologies and cutting-edge technologies with training and on-the-job experience
- Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements
- Collaborating with peers within Invenio and Invenio partners, enabling cross-company efforts
- Able to manage resolution and response SLAs for production support tickets
- Should have agile/scrum working experience
Responsibilities:
- Performing DevOps activities
- Installations of applications
- Configuration
- Providing UAT/PROD support for Infrastructure
- Analyze existing development, operations, and deployment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- CI/CD Implementation: Design, develop, and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated software delivery
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement IaC using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning
- Cloud Solutions: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Monitoring & Logging: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog
- Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices, compliance, and governance in DevOps workflows
- Collaboration & Training: Work closely with development and operations teams to foster a DevOps culture and provide training on best practices
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize infrastructure, deployments, and workflows for scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness
Business Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Understanding of business processes for focus areas or multiple modules
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks
- Strong analytical skills

- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel

- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope
- Creates professional relationships with clients
- Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants
