We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive brand growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.

Core Hours & Benefits:
  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time
  • Base Salary: $1000 monthly depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
  • Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days
  • Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Oversee and update the company website to align with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve organic search engine performance, focusing on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Build and manage a content calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other engaging content.
  • Analyze marketing data, draw insights, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in content creation, content strategies, and SEO.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with tech or start-up companies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for marketing trends and innovations.
