Position Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, improving ROI, and maximizing the effectiveness of our digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
  2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  3. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  4. Monitor campaign performance in real time, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  5. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within allocated spend.
  6. Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving ROAS, CTR, and CPA targets.
  2. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  5. Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
