Hiring an Interior Designer - Onsite from Karachi.

Client Introduction:

Hiring for one of the leading real estate developers in Pakistan and a prominent name in the real estate development market of the UAE.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a creative and experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and development of our upcoming building or residency project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality interiors, with a deep understanding of how design impacts customer experience, staff workflow, and overall brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design interior spaces that reflect the building's theme and target clientele.
  2. Create functional layouts for rooms, dining areas, waiting zones, restrooms, parking, and service areas.
  3. Collaborate on kitchen layout integration with front-of-house design for optimal workflow.
  4. Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture suited to the restaurant environment.
  5. Produce mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations for approval.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, ventilation, and accessibility standards.
  7. Work closely with branding consultants, MEP engineers, and construction teams throughout the project.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience designing restaurant or hospitality interiors.
  3. Strong understanding of commercial kitchen requirements, customer flow, and safety codes.
  4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
  5. Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail in space planning and materials.
  6. Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination.

  • Working Timings: Monday to Friday (02 pm to 8 pm)
  • Experience: 2 to 5 Years
