Design Manager Job Description

As a senior professional in the field of interior design, you will be responsible for leading the development of designs and projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage design concepts and presentations for clients
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive design solutions
  • Lead project meetings and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage design budgets and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders through effective presentation and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in design software and technology
