Position Summary:

The City Manager – Lahore will be responsible for leading, executing, and scaling all operations and sales efforts in the city. As the primary point of contact for Lahore, you will play a critical role in driving performance, building a customer-centric sales force, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement and collection processes for smartphone financing.

Key Responsibilities:

City Operations Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage all sales, distribution, and operations related to smartphone financing within Lahore.

Team Building & Management:

  • Build, train, and manage a team of field sales executives, loan processing agents, and support staff as the operations expand.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Implement strategies developed with the Head of Sales to meet city targets – including customer acquisition, activation, and loan conversion rates.

Market Penetration:

  • Develop relationships with local mobile phone retailers, vendors, and other strategic partners to expand Foresight Finance's reach.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a smooth and reliable customer journey — from onboarding and documentation to product delivery and repayment.

Compliance & Risk:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal processes and lending policies. Proactively flag any risk or fraudulent activity.

Reporting:

  • Provide timely reports and insights to the Head of Sales on market performance, team productivity, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or territory management (experience in fintech, telecom, or consumer lending is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the Lahore market and its consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting retail outlets and partners as needed.
