Job Title: Lead Generator

About Us:

We are a dynamic recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Lead Generator to help us identify, engage, and qualify potential clients and candidates.

Role Overview:

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and initiating contact with prospective clients and candidates. You will use various tools and strategies to gather accurate data, qualify leads, and pass them to our recruitment team for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a list of high-quality leads that align with our target market.
  • Track and meet weekly/monthly KPIs for leads generated and qualified.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to target the right prospects effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Strong research and online sourcing skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
