Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP Materials Management module, ensuring the efficient management of materials and procurement processes within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to streamline operations, enhance business processes, and solve complex challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Configuration & Implementation:

• Configure the SAP MM module, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP MM implementations, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Design, develop, and test SAP MM functionality to meet business requirements.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP MM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and customize SAP MM to align with their needs.

System Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP MM users, troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions.
• Conduct regular system upgrades and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Training & Documentation:

• Develop user manuals and training materials for end-users.
• Provide training and support to business users on SAP MM processes and best practices.

Collaboration with Other Modules:

• Work closely with other SAP consultants (e.g., SAP SD, SAP WM) to integrate and ensure end-to-end process optimization across modules.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Create and manage SAP MM reports to track material movement, stock levels, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
• Analyze data and provide insights to help improve decision-making.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM module, including configuration and integration with other modules.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC.
• Excellent understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in SAP MM reporting tools and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience in handling end-to-end SAP MM processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MM certification.
• Experience with SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with global supply chain management and procurement best practices.
