We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP Materials Management module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the SAP MM module, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Purchasing.
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP MM implementations, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Design, develop, and test SAP MM functionality to meet business requirements.

Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements using SAP MM is crucial. This involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and customizing SAP MM to align with their needs.

System Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP MM users, troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions.
  • Conduct regular system upgrades and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Developing user manuals and training materials for end-users is also a key responsibility. Providing training and support to business users on SAP MM processes and best practices is essential.

Collaboration with Other Modules:
  • Work closely with other SAP consultants (e.g., SAP SD, SAP WM) to integrate and ensure end-to-end process optimization across modules.

Creating and managing SAP MM reports to track material movement, stock levels, procurement activities, and vendor performance is vital. Analyzing data and providing insights to help improve decision-making is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM module, including configuration and integration with other modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC.
  • Excellent understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM reporting tools and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP MM certification.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with global supply chain management and procurement best practices.
