Responsibilities
  • Ensure entries are coded to the correct general ledger accounts.
  • Review and classify entries exported from Employee Expense Reporting System (Concur); ensure entries are coded and posted to the correct general ledger accounts.
  • Book monthly right-of-use asset amortization and relief of operating lease liability.
  • Book monthly intangible asset amortization.
  • Book monthly customer volume rebate accrual, worker's compensation accrual, legend's circle accrual, and others.
  • Book monthly prepaid expense and prepaid rent amortization.
  • Prepare monthly permanent/conversion revenue reconciliation and book any necessary accruals.
  • Intercompany entries.
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Assist on monthly key controls, other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications (Minimum)
  • Education & Experience: College degree (Accounting)
  • 3+ years of Accounting Experience
  • Must demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of an Accounting team.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office environment.
  • Ability to be productive with assigned accounting tasks.
  • Ability to be an effective team player.
