As our Creative Production Designer, you will transform creative ideas into polished visual assets across digital and print, ensuring everything is brand consistent, accurate, and pixel-perfect. You'll be a key player in delivering creative assets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Translate and execute design concepts into final production-ready assets across digital, print, e-commerce, and more while adhering to brand guidelines.
  2. Resize, retouch, and reformat existing creative to suit different formats.
  3. Collaborate with designers and cross-functional marketing teams to support seasonal creative campaigns, promotions, and more.
  4. Prepare pixel-perfect files for production and liaise with business owners to ensure quality output.
  5. Maintain and organize visual asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines.
  6. Keep projects on track and organized across multiple timelines and channels.
  7. QA and test creative across digital devices to ensure functionality.

Qualifications:

Experience

  1. 3–5+ years in a production design or graphic design role (experience with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus).
  2. Strong skills in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  3. Detail-obsessed with excellent layout, color, and typography instincts.
  4. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred (not required but helpful).
  5. Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
  6. Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.
  7. A collaborative spirit and a good sense of fun—you'll be working on a brand for kids after all
  8. Bonus points for knowledge of photo retouching, basic motion graphics, or video editing.
  9. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
