A rising fashion startup based in Pakistan, Exotique specializes in youth-centric women's fashion and aims to revolutionize the fashion experience through contemporary yet accessible designs. We are now ready to launch our latest collection and seek an experienced Production Coordinator / Sourcing Specialist to lead our production process.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and experienced Production Coordinator / Sourcing Specialist to oversee the end-to-end production of our latest collection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and finalizing production partners (factories, stitching units, and material suppliers), managing relationships, handling negotiations, ensuring timely deliveries, and overseeing the production process to maintain the quality standards of Exotique.

Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Vendor Management:
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with production houses, stitching units, and factories across Pakistan.
  • Evaluate and onboard suitable vendors for fabric sourcing, stitching, dyeing, finishing, and packaging.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential vendors on behalf of Exotique.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities).
Production Oversight:
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet collection launch timelines.
  • Ensure quality control at every stage — fabric, stitching, finishing, and packaging.
  • Address production issues proactively with vendors.
  • Monitor sampling processes and ensure final production aligns with approved samples.
Communication & Reporting:
  • Act as the key liaison between Exotique and all vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on production status, delays, and progress.
  • Maintain thorough records of orders, payments, and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years experience in fashion production, sourcing, or supply chain within the apparel industry (preferably womenswear).
  • Strong existing network within the garments, textile, and stitching units in Pakistan.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end production for fashion collections.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, dyeing, printing, stitching techniques, and quality standards.
  • Ability to travel within Punjab, Pakistan if required.

Compensation:

This is a project-based role with a total payment ranging from PKR 150,000 to PKR 250,000, depending on experience, industry connections, and the scope of work agreed upon.

The payment will be structured around key project milestones, such as:

  • Finalizing production partners
  • Completion of sampling
  • Successful commencement of bulk production
  • Final delivery of the collection
