Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager BPO Operations role located in Lahore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring quality service delivery, and implementing process improvements in a BPO setting.

  • Experience in BPO operations and process improvement (Upto 4 to 5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
