Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential clients, educate them about our services, and close sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the IT sector, presenting services such as eBooks, websites, mobile apps, software, and graphics.
  • Identify customer needs and customize pitches accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tele sales or similar roles; IT sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of IT services and solutions is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
