Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan, involves communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and assisting with training activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive sales and support our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to promote services such as AC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Sales Activities: Actively engage with prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, answer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Training Support: Assist in training new telesales representatives and help improve team performance.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify and generate leads, schedule appointments, and pass valuable prospects to the sales or service team.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent outreach and upselling of services.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Sales Abilities: Experience in telesales or direct sales roles, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Training Capabilities: Ability to mentor and train new team members on effective sales techniques and customer service.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Able to establish rapport with customers, handle objections, and engage in active listening.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with air conditioning systems or technical services is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is a plus, as it will help in catering to a wider customer base.
