Borderless Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads, PPC, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management. If you have experience in running high-performing ad campaigns and working closely with designers to create engaging ad creatives, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation and sales

Collaborate with graphic designers to create eye-catching ad creatives and social media content

Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging posts and campaigns

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for audience engagement and conversion

Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies for better outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads & PPC

Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad creatives

Experience in social media management & email marketing

Ability to work with graphic designers to create high-quality ads and posts

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and optimize campaigns for the best results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Work with an innovative and growing agency
  • Hands-on experience with international ad campaigns. (Minimum experience 4 years)
  • Collaborate with a creative team and bring marketing ideas to life
  • Competitive salary
