Department: FMCG (Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Products, etc.)

Job Purpose:

TTo lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans.

Lead procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.

Ensure OTIF delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Drive supply chain digitization and implement best-in-class systems.

Build strategic partnerships with vendors and 3PL providers.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Manage supply chain risk and build resilient operations.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and production teams to support NPD launches and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG.

Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and procurement.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/data analytics tools.

Experience in lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with a drive for efficiency and improvement.

Adaptability to fast-changing FMCG environments.
