Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned supply chain executive, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams to achieve optimal performance metrics.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Drive supply chain digitization through the implementation of best-in-class systems and technologies.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and 3PL providers to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply chain risk and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and procurement principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/data analytics tools.
  • Experience in lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with an analytical mindset and drive for efficiency and improvement.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing FMCG environments, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
