Role Description

We are looking for hungry, money-minded, and savvy individuals. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Rawalpindi PWD. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, managing client relationships, and closing sales. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. The individual is also expected to stay updated with industry trends and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. Any other skills that can bring business (e.g., Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in US-based sales environment or US-based B2B call center is a plus
  • Students of Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Well-dressed, quick learner, sharp, energetic individuals

Timings

7 pm to 2:30 am (Monday to Thursday)

7 pm to 12:30 am (Friday)

Work from home criteria

On commissions only. Training will be conducted onsite for 3 to 4 days. (Females will be preferred)

Payout structures

Base salary + commissions

Only commission (1% paid in dollars according to the funded deal)
