Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Johar Town, Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies for business growth. Day-to-day tasks also include leading discovery workshops, collaborating with the development team, and engaging with international clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
  • Experience in the technology, healthcare, or financial services industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a Freelancing platform and email marketing is a plus
