Ibex, is looking to hire for the role of AI Model Validation and QA Specialist.

As an AI analyst, you would be focusing on AI Accuracy ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of AI models. This role involves data quality analysis, model validation, bias mitigation, and post-deployment monitoring, ultimately ensuring AI systems deliver accurate and trustworthy results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Assurance
  • Ensuring the data used to train and evaluate AI models is accurate, clean, and consistent
  • Evaluating the performance AI models and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Identifying and addressing potential biases in AI models to ensure fairness and accuracy
  • Post-Deployment Monitoring
  • Tracking the performance of deployed AI/ML systems and making adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Processing a strong understanding of AI principles, data science, and relevant technologies
  • Communication and Collaboration
  • Effectively communicating technical insights to both technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborating with AI teams and stakeholders.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
  • Data Quality Knowledge: Understanding of data quality concepts, such as completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness
  • AI Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of AI model validation, bias, mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Statistical Analysis: Ability to perform statistical analyses and interpret results.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to AI accuracy
  • Experience working with Big Data solutions
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, and other visualization tools
  • Willingness to learn new data techniques, methods and tools
  • Knowledge about analytical approaches, methods and modeling
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts/programs, different LOBs supporting various diverse industries
  • Experience in collaborating with highly functioning BI & AI Team Stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage data analyses to drive improvements in deflection, efficiency or customer satisfaction
  • Regularly interacts with senior level executives both internal and external, local and international
  • Excellent communication (written/oral) and very good presentation skills
