Job Title: Cold Caller & Lead Generator (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident fresh graduate to join our team as a Cold Caller & Lead Generator. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
  2. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  4. Set up appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
  5. Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.
  7. Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Job Specification:

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people.
  4. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles (training provided).
  5. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
