Job Title: Finance Manager
Reporting to: CCE
Reporting Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Participate actively in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insightful recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements in the TIC industry across various jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper administration and monitoring of all finances, including credit control.
  • Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual reports demanded by CCE, Region, and Head Office.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to enhance financial stability and liquidity.
  • Oversee procurement and collections teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Operations and Sales, to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations and support scalable growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance, identify trends, and address challenges proactively.
  • Drive financial performance optimization through commercial initiatives, revenue enhancement, and cost management strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor cash flows and use this data to predict future financial trends.
  • Ensure accident insurance coverage for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Manage insurance of all assets.
  • Handle statutory returns and registrations related to administration and office renewals.
  • Oversee salary processing and full and final settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
  • Understand the needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels of clients in Pakistan, developing contacts and conducting necessary analyses.
Education:ACCA, CIMA, CA.
Technical expertise:
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications like JD Edwards, MS Office suite (especially Excel), and B&I, with analytical reporting skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Pakistan's statutory laws.
Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Finance Manager, with a focus on accounting and reporting.
