We are hiring an Avaya Specialist for one of our International Projects. Candidates must have the following technical expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Avaya Aura Enterprise Contact Center, Avaya Proprietary recorder, and IP Office.
  • Experience with IP Office including IPOCC & ACCS.
  • Sound knowledge of Avaya Aura Enterprises.
  • Experience with Communications Manager (CM) R6.3 & Above.
  • Maintain ongoing Avaya SLA's.
  • Manage customer POC and team.
  • Handle daily customer-side issues and responsibilities.
  • Resolve agents' login issues.
  • Address call center reporting issues.
  • Manage system resources issues.
  • Implement IVR changes based on announcements/packages.
  • Troubleshoot hardware allocations.
  • Resolve PRI/CO Trunks issues.
  • Allocate agents' campaigns.
  • Design call center reports.
  • Configure/install soft phones.
  • Perform ARS Configuration.
  • Add/Remove agents as needed.
  • Maintain systems and their applications, including any ancillary systems.
  • Coordinate, install, test, and troubleshoot transmission facilities (OC48, T3, T1 PRI, SIP, and DS0).

Job Specification

Candidates must have experience in the following:

  • Client Enablement Services (CES).
  • SAL Gateway.
  • High Availability AES servers.
  • G-450 Gateway.
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers and fulfill customer requests.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility in working hours and support for on-call duties may be required.
  • Willingness to work additional hours to complete the workload as needed.
  • On-call availability during off-hours in case of service problems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective time management for involvement in special task order projects assigned by the supervisor.
