Manage, plan and focus on the targeted audience, proper outreach to ensure desired attendance and participation, design elements, facility management, audio/visual support, marketing and communication-related activities, pre and post-op activity coordination, liaison with the stakeholders and cross-functional teams (in-house and external).

Perform Integrated Marketing Communication (Web/online, Direct Marketing, Direct Mail, SMS, Tele-marketing, Email & Web Marketing).

Maintain Log Sheet of all in-process vendor payments, record keeping, and regular follow-ups to the concerned department.

Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity log and reporting.

Develop content for the assigned service areas for marketing collaterals which include but are not limited to printing material (flyers and brochures), web publishing, etc. by having liaison and coordination with the Clinical Areas.

An active contribution in conceiving and finalizing the campaign theme in terms of the copywriting, design elements, and positioning theme by highlighting the core values.

Work in close coordination with in-house and external design resources to execute the design deliverables.

Coordinate with the vendors and printers to effectively liaise to ensure quality and time-efficient availability of the printing deliverables across all mediums, i.e., off-set paper printing, flex & vinyl printing, etc.

Conduct external visits for marketing.

External visit to panels companies for the enlistment of SIH Faisalabad as a panel hospital on a cash & credit basis.
