We're looking for a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist who's ready to take full ownership of our email and SMS marketing campaigns. From crafting high-converting campaigns to building automated journeys that delight customers, you'll play a key role in growing and engaging our community across multiple channels.

How You'll Make a Difference:

  1. Build and launch high-performing Email and SMS campaigns that captivate and convert
  2. Create smart automation flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, win-back campaigns, birthday triggers, etc.)
  3. Design and implement welcome popups and lead generation forms to grow our subscriber base
  4. Craft and send event-driven emails (holiday promotions, product launches, flash sales, etc.)
  5. Personalize messaging through advanced segmentation and dynamic content strategies
  6. Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
  7. Collaborate with designers to produce stunning, mobile-optimized email templates
  8. Monitor deliverability, list health, frequency, and engagement to protect inbox reputation
  9. Track industry trends and competitor moves — always keep us one step ahead

What You'll Bring:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM marketing
  2. Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
  3. Excellent copywriting and editing skills — you know how to grab attention and drive clicks
  4. Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting best practices
  5. Analytical mindset — you love diving into open rates, click rates, conversions, and beyond
  6. A proactive attitude — you're always looking for new ways to optimize and innovate
  7. Team player who can collaborate across creative, marketing, and product teams
