Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C/C++ Developer to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team, focused on innovative product development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in system-level programming, memory management, and multi-threading, with the ability to work on complex backend solutions in a Linux environment. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to product design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C/C++ on Linux RHEL8.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Develop and maintain makefiles, manage build processes, and work with compilers to optimize code.
  • Ensure proper documentation of code, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ backend development with a deep understanding of OOP concepts and data structures.
  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of:
  • Compilers & Makefiles (build management and optimization)
  • GIT (version control and collaboration workflows)
  • Linux (RHEL8) (command line, scripting, and system-level programming)
  • Solid understanding of memory management, multi-threading, and concurrency in C/C++ applications.
  • Good to have: exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, with experience in deploying or managing applications on cloud environments.
Experience:
  • Minimum: 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience, with exposure to large-scale or enterprise-grade applications.
Education/Qualification
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (BCS) or an equivalent field.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science (MCS) or an equivalent discipline
