We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our company's core IT infrastructure. This hybrid role involves overseeing network operations, maintaining system performance, ensuring data security, and supporting IT services across the organization.

Location: Onsite - Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our company's core IT infrastructure. This hybrid role involves overseeing network operations, maintaining system performance, ensuring data security, and supporting IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Management
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Manage VPNs, VLANs, and ensure network security and redundancy
Systems Administration
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, etc.
  • Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning
  • Monitor system health and automate routine tasks
Security & Support
  • Implement and monitor security tools (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection)
  • Manage access controls and user account provisioning
  • Provide technical support for end users (remotely and on-site)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in a similar hybrid role
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure
  • Solid experience with Windows/Linux systems
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Server+, etc.) is a plus.
