Sales Manager – Southern Pakistan

We are recruiting for a Sales Manager based in Karachi, Pakistan.
The selected candidate will be responsible for effectively leading 'best in class' and highly engaged B2B sales teams across multiple online territories to exceed commercial targets from existing accounts and new business. Develop and rationalize resource allocation, skills, and activities in these territories to drive profitable revenue and reduce costs from priority sales channels.
Accountabilities- Responsible for the strategic direction of the sales team in the assigned territories by defining the optimal way to increase sales through commercial actions and partnerships.
- Structure and implement sales plans to optimize QR's revenue and market presence for key, strategic, and national accounts, in collaboration with head office and regional stakeholders.
- Improve focus and alignment of key distribution channels with QR's distribution strategy in the assigned territories.
- Formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and generate new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in head office and the region to develop short- and medium-term local sales incentives strategies.
- Recommend the B2B sales strategy for the territories and negotiate B2B agreements within these areas.
- Ensure the delivery of targets and KPIs for the sales team.
- Manage budgets to ensure maximum return on investment for expenses.
- Contribute to Digital & Marketing efforts to enhance QR's exposure and brand presence.
- Maintain high-level relationships with key industry bodies, diplomatic missions, governments, airports, etc.
- Review management information and network data with the team to drive revenue and identify tactical opportunities.
- Implement and ensure adherence to group policies and procedures developed in consultation with head office.

Job Posting- High school qualification, vocational qualification, diploma, or equivalent with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive commercial experience in the travel industry.
- Experience selling airline and hotel services with good knowledge of the geographic areas within scope.
- Strong sales ability and commercial acumen.
- Budgeting and planning experience.
You must have the legal rights to live and work in Pakistan to be considered for this role.
