Job Title: Backend Developer (Blockchain + AI Integration)

Location: On-site ONLY – Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer with blockchain development experience (EVM chains & Solana) and AI integration expertise to join our on-site team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be proficient with backend architecture, smart contract development, and have hands-on experience integrating AI systems. Familiarity with frontend technologies is a big plus.

  • Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for blockchain-based applications.
  • Build and interact with smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon) and Solana.
  • Integrate AI-powered features or services (e.g., GPT models, vector databases, AI agents) into backend workflows.
  • Utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to enhance development workflows and productivity.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless API integrations (React/Next.js knowledge is a plus).
  • Optimize performance and scalability of backend systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
  • Requirements: 3+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Solid experience with EVM chains (smart contract development using Solidity, web3.js/ethers.js).
  • Experience with Solana (Rust or Anchor framework).
  • Hands-on AI integration experience, such as working with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or others) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have: Basic frontend experience (React, Next.js).
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with IPFS, The Graph, or other decentralized storage/indexing solutions.
