Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA Engineer).

· Training: Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn software testing fundamentals, including manual and automated testing techniques.

· Defect Tracking: Assist in identifying and documenting software defects, working closely with the SQA team to ensure accurate defect tracking.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and quality goals.

· Process Familiarity: Gain familiarity with quality assurance processes and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in CS or Software Engineering.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
