SA Marketing (Another Real Estate Project of Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship) is seeking for a motivated and results-driven "Real Estate Consultant" to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, skilled in client relations and negotiations, and eager to thrive in a competitive market along with a proven experience in the real estate industry.

SA Marketing is a leading name in the real estate industry managed by a highly experienced team of experts in strategic planning, designing, and execution. Our company is operating in the market for years to cater to the commercial and residential development projects at multiple locations in Pakistan and around the globe.With years of experience in the development industry, we are aiming to develop a lavish lifestyle for our clients. From the provision of basic floor plans to huge parking, luxurious lifestyle, and a glorious penthouse, "D-Heights Project" is one of its kind retail and residential spaces.

Salary: Market competitive with attractive commissions

Location:D-Heights 16-A to 22-A (Commercial), Nishtar Block, Sector E, BahriaTown,Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Actively respond to client leads provided by the company and communicate with them over the calls and conduct meeting in person to turn those leads into sales
  • Conduct property viewings and market assessments
  • Negotiate/close transactions effectively.
  • Ability to handle complaints/ objections professionally
  • Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds).
  • Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience of min. 2 to 3 years as a real estate consultant.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Well Reputed Institute.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate databases is a plus.
