Digital Marketing and Engagement Officer

Position Title: Digital Marketing and Engagement Officer

Reports to: Manager Communications, Partnerships

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team, combining expertise in marketing, design, and social media engagement. This individual will play a key role in driving brand awareness, creating engaging visual content, and managing social media strategies to boost online presence. If you're creative, result-oriented, and passionate about all things digital, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  1. Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Support email marketing initiatives, including designing templates and analyzing performance metrics.
  4. Coordinate promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  5. Collaborate with the team to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Social Media Engagement:

  1. Develop and manage engaging content calendars across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Create engaging social media posts, stories, and visuals to increase follower engagement and brand presence.
  3. Actively engage with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  4. Track social media performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  5. Collaborate with the team to design paid social media campaigns and influence marketing strategies.

Design:

  1. Create high-quality visual assets for both digital and print, including graphics, banners, and infographics, aligned with brand guidelines.
  2. Work with the communications team to develop promotional material and campaign visuals.
  3. Stay updated with the latest design trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance our creative outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing and social media management.
  3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  4. Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  5. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. A creative, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
