Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities, as well as nurturing leads to the point of handover to our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in both online research and interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, industry events, social media, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with target customer profiles
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data and activity logs
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and social platforms
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and outreach strategies
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance and ROI
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients until they are ready to engage with sales
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Proficient in using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Working Hours: 6pm - 2am
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
