As an Intermediate Product Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that features are effectively divided and delivered . You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


• Define, prioritize, and execute product features based on customer needs and business goals.


• Break down tasks effectively across frontend, backend, and QA to ensure efficient and timely delivery.


• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage the product backlog.


• Track progress using JIRA , ensuring visibility, transparency, and alignment across the product development process.


• Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.


• Collaborate with engineering and QA to identify potential challenges and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.


• Ensure that all product deliverables meet functional and quality standards before release.

What We're Looking For:


• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager , with hands-on experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.


• Technical knowledge in frontend , backend , and QA processes to effectively divide tasks and communicate requirements.


• Strong expertise in JIRA to manage product backlogs, user stories, and epics.


• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align product goals with development and QA objectives.


• A data-driven approach to product decision-making and problem-solving.

Bonus Points for:


• Experience in software development or technology product environments.


• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or similar Agile qualifications.
