As a Team Lead Car Transaction at PakWheels, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of car sales officers to achieve monthly sales targets, ensure high service standards, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the team's performance, providing training, resolving conflicts, and supporting the Assistant Manager in audits and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales performance.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team-mates, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track team performance metrics such as sales conversions, visit completion ratio, discipline, and improve the customer response time, continuously improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and enhanced overall performance.
- Monitor sales calls, offering constructive feedback and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
- Define and communicate clear sales targets for individual members and the team, driving accountability and results.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the sales team, promoting professional growth and alignment with company goals.
- Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Strong communication and complaint handling skills.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong expertise in automobile sales, methodologies, and CRM software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
- Effective in managing cross-functional collaboration and aligning team goals with broader business objectives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering professional growth and excellence within the team.
