About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled Gelatin Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Landhi, Karachi (Transport will be provided).

The role involves operating gelatin melting, mixing, and ancillary equipment under strict GMP and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with temperature- and vacuum-controlled mixing vessels and will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

  • Operate gelatin melting and mixing equipment, along with ancillary systems, in a safe and GMP-compliant manner.
  • Independently manage temperature- and vacuum-controlled mixing vessels, granulators, food filling, and packaging equipment.
  • Monitor and respond to process deviations, perform basic troubleshooting, and take immediate corrective actions.
  • Understand key process parameters and ensure accurate documentation of all production activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance in the work area, ensuring adherence to SOPs and shift schedules.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and QA teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an operator in syrup manufacturing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or food industry.
