**Job Title:** Market Research Analyst (Remote)

**Compensation:**

**Base Pay:**
$400 per month for working 9 hours per day at 90% engagement, with fewer than 20 credits achieved and daily submission of 5 new experts validated and verified.
$800 per month for working 9 hours per day at 90% engagement, with 20 or more credits achieved and daily submission of 5 new experts validated and verified.
Compensation will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis if the daily submission target is not met.
Compensation will be deducted proportionally if the required 9-hour workday is not fulfilled.

**Commission:**
$30 per credit for new experts for each of the first 5 credits booked.
If 6 or more credits are achieved, the commission rate increases to $50 per credit for each credit starting from the 6th credit onward.
0.25 credits awarded for repeat bookings of the same expert or for experts sourced from the existing network (i.e., not new experts).

**Working Hours:**
The shift starts at 9:00 AM UK time and ends at 8:00 PM UK time, including 9 working hours and a 2-hour lunch break.

**Requirements:**

• Updated LinkedIn profile

• Not currently a full-time student or full-time employee

• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection

• Availability for 9 hours per day (flexible within shift hours)

• Fresh graduates or candidates with lead generation experience preferred
