We are seeking a reliable and organized Appointment Scheduling Representative to assist our reputed Client in managing daily schedules and appointments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients, scheduling property viewings, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth calendar management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the Property Manager with prospective and current clients.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm attendance or reschedule as needed.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to scheduling.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Basic Arabic communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and communication tools.
  • Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
