We're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Appointment Setters

Compensation: $250–$400 base salary range. This role is primarily commission-based, meaning your earnings depend on your performance. Successful SDRs can significantly increase their earnings based on results.

Note: This is a remote position.

Overview:

As an SDR/Appointment Setter at Freight Genie, you will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for our clients through proactive outreach, mainly via cold calls. Your goal is to create new business opportunities by effectively communicating our services, handling objections, booking appointments, and ensuring prospects attend scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospects, introduce services, handle objections, and book meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and booked meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on call activity and outcomes.
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies and outreach techniques.
  • Assist in creating and refining cold call scripts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or related sales roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convey product benefits effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Interest in Marvel, DC, Anime, Gaming, and good meme taste.
  • Ability to compete in games like Call of Duty, CS, Pokémon, League of Legends, Clash Royale, or any other game.
  • Comfortable with industry terminology and willingness to learn.
  • Humble and good-natured personality.
