Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist, based in Karāchi. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies, crafting engaging email campaigns, managing segmented email lists, and tracking campaign performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing marketing analytics, generating leads, utilizing marketing automation tools, and optimizing deliverability.

This role also requires expertise in building SMTP servers, purchasing pre-built and stable SMTP solutions, and integrating them to run high-volume bulk email campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Email Marketing Software, bulk emailing strategies, and deliverability best practices

Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and performance tracking

Strong background in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation

Demonstrated ability to build, configure, or source stable SMTP servers for large-scale email marketing, and integrate them into marketing workflows

Solid understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively on-site in Karāchi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Prior experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry is a plus
