The Opportunity

  • Advise, promote, and monitor workplace safety, fostering a 'talk not tick' culture for HSSE activities.
  • Respond to emergency calls and 'make-safe' situations; track statutory compliance for service stations to ensure government-mandated work is completed.
  • Conduct supplier accreditation with HSSE team for new suppliers and maintain re-accreditation systems aligned with contract requirements.
  • Engage in contract management activities, actively managing suppliers, supporting purchasing, and completing 'spot buys'.
  • Ensure Asset Condition Surveys of service stations are conducted regularly by the service delivery team.
  • Update asset data consistently and prepare for bi-weekly and monthly performance meetings with clients and CBRE teams, discussing trends and resolutions.
  • Ensure field staff adhere to annual planning, understand spend phasing, and manage costs accordingly.
  • Discuss financial variances, adjust forecasts, and communicate performance with management and clients.
  • Verify invoices for work at service stations, assess equipment repair/replacement needs, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to ensure project delivery with minimal disruption and timely data updates into Maximo.
  • Develop procurement strategies with Supply Chain and Procurement teams, managing supplier performance and contingency plans.
  • Manage HR processes within the account, overseeing field ROMs, service teams, and call center performance.
  • Provide monthly operational and financial performance reports, explaining variances and action plans.
  • Oversee Mobile Technician teams via the Mobile Technician Supervisor (MTS).
  • Participate in annual budgeting and financial planning, controlling the Total Annual Opex Budget.
  • Maintain regional warehouse records and asset updates in FMP and FAR, ensuring proper asset movement documentation and timely response to explosive cases.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Experience: Facilities maintenance, HSSE management, fuel station and petroleum industry knowledge is a plus
Languages: Strong English communication skills
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
