Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize clients' financial information using a CRM to assess financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations.
  • Provide research-based financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and seminars, considering client risk tolerance and objectives.
  • Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations, including life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other products.
  • Develop customized financial plans based on each client's needs, life stage, and circumstances.
  • Use social media and marketing tools to identify prospects and build long-term client relationships as a trusted financial advisor.
  • Tailor financial plans to individual client situations, including professional, personal, and financial needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and pursue ongoing training opportunities for professional development.
  • Analyze financial data such as cash flow, income, assets, and goals to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Support clients' progress through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations.
  • Proactively seek out and establish new client relationships to grow the client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts honestly and clearly.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule.
  • Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are a plus.
  • Strong math, communication, and relationship skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of financial products, the industry, and roles of financial advisors or planners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related tools.

$123,000 in plan earnings
