About the Role

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's ongoing operations and procedures. You will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Your goal will be to secure the functionality of business operations to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and optimize the day-to-day operations of the business, including product, customer success, HR, finance, and IT.
  • Implement effective operational processes and standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, strategy, and operational goals.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals and KPIs for performance and growth.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies to support growth.
  • Build and nurture a results-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as COO or in another executive-level operational leadership role.
  • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a strategic mindset.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
